Emergency Maintenance to Library System scheduled for 5 pm, Thursday, March 29

Emergency maintenance will be performed on the City Colleges of Chicago Library System to address an issue with off-campus access to the ProQuest database. This work will take place tonight, Thursday, March 29 between 5 and 6 pm.
Access to the library catalog and library research databases may be unstable during this time. Other library modules such as circulation and cataloging will not be affected. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact: cohelpdesk@ccc.edu

The fix has been applied. We are still in the process of testing, but so far all looks good.

Issue with Remote ProQuest Database Access

The library research database EBSCO is currently unavailable and ProQuest is only available on-campus. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
