RESOLVED: Intermittent email issues with Outlook and mobile devices

The Office of Information Technology is aware of an issue with CCC email which may be affecting some of our users. The issue affects people using Outlook and mobile devices such as smart phones or iPads. Email access from is NOT affected. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

If you have any trouble accessing your email from Outlook or from a mobile device, please open a web browser and visit: There, you can send and receive email and access your Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks as usual.

Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as this issue has been resolved. Student email is unaffected by this issue.
